Artifacts remain organized by type and carry project, domain, and research-area metadata. Generated views provide alternate navigation. Shared evidence is stored once and referenced by every applicable project.

Kernel rules cover identity, provenance, lifecycle, supersession, confidence, canonical/generated separation, validation, and handoff. Domain profiles may add stricter evidence, safety, or review requirements but may not weaken the kernel.
