Generated reports, websites, presentations, and datasets belong under generated/ and must reference their canonical source artifacts.

Agents must:

• Avoid duplicating canonical records.
• Use stable identifiers.
• Record dependencies and supersession.
• Keep machine-readable registries synchronized.
• Avoid modifying prior immutable findings; supersede them instead.
• State which files were created, modified, or intentionally left unchanged.
