Evidence Record

The TIDieR checklist requires an evaluative study to describe why an intervention exists; its materials and procedures; who provides it; how, where, when, and how much it is delivered; tailoring and modification; and intended and actual fidelity. The relevant baseline implication is symmetry: both the structured handoff and conventional comparator need enough detail to reproduce, audit, and distinguish them.

This is a reporting and design constraint, not evidence that ROS or structured handoffs work.

Limitations

TIDieR was developed mainly for health interventions. Its description logic transfers, but it does not prescribe software-task outcomes or causal analysis.
